CANCELATION POLICY EASY RETIREMENT

1. To cancel a reservation, you must send a cancellation request stating the reasons that lead you to cancel the plan to the email address bookings@easyretirement.net
2. If your cancellation is made 14 days before your arrival at the destination, Easy Retirement will charge USD 350 for administrative and management concepts, and the rest of what you deposited will be returned within ten business days of the date of cancellation.
3. If your cancellation is due to health reasons, you must send clinical support to the email bookings@easyretirement.net. If the information is received 14 days before you arrive at your destination, a refund of 100% of the payment made will be made If the information is received in a period of fewer than 13 days before you arrive at your destination, Easy Retirement will generate a charge of USD 350 for administrative and management concepts.
4. If your cancellation is made less than 13 days before your arrival at your destination and there is no medical justification, Easy Retirement will charge 50% of the total value of the travel plan.
5. If your cancellation is made in a period equal to or less than three days before your arrival at your destination, Easy Retirement will charge 100% of the travel plan
